Private
Ideally, clients begin at Studio Adrienne with a series of private lessons. Through one-on-one instruction, Adrienne hones in on a client’s particular needs, goals and physical limitations due to posture, injury or comfort level, and then designs a customized menu of exercises to address them. For the more advanced client, private lessons can focus on a particular challenge, or address general strength, flexibility and precision goals.
Semi Private
Once clients achieve a comfort level and facility with their exercises, they often move to semi-private sessions. In a semi-private class, two or more clients with similar abilities work during their prescribed time under the attentive eyes of Adrienne. Semi-private sessions typically meet two or three times a week. The dynamic, stimulating energy found in regularly attended semi-private sessions adds to the workout, delivering long-lasting, visible results. Clients often take a mix of semi-private and private sessions, thereby getting both the benefits of one-on-one attention and maximum Pilates for their investment.
