Introducing New Fall Classes
Combo Mat & Reformer, Beginner/Intermediate Fri 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This class couples the essential elements of Mat with a Reformer routine. Learn to engage and build core strength on the Mat by leveraging your own body weight. The Reformer apparatus, a spring loaded carriage on rollers, further challenges the core, and helps improve alignment. Class size limited to 4.
